When you have chosen your item, simply click the 'Buy Now' button and this will take you through to the check-out pages. Your order will be sent to you directly using 'special' next day (UK only) insured delivery, or to your chosen destination within 15 working days.
We reserve the right to change our prices as and when appropriate - this is to reflect any sudden fluctuations in gemstone and Sterling prices.
Returns Policy
We adhere to the European directive on distance selling which was incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations in October 2000 (http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm), in that a customer has the right to return goods supplied within 7 days starting the day after the customer receives the goods. The customer will be required to ensure that goods returned under these cancellation rights must be in their original condition with the original jewellery case and packaging, must be securely packed and insured for the total value, with a certificate of posting and delivery. Repayment will be refunded to the original credit/debit card and will usually be within 48 hours but no later than thirty days.
